Admission and Enrollment Procedure
* New / Transferee / Returnee START with No. 1
* Old / Continuing Students START with No. 7
1. Visit www.spud.edu.ph and Click ENROLL NOW
2. Select Student Type, choose New Student
3. Select your platform, College and Graduate School
4. Fill-out the Admission Form and click Submit
5. You will be given an SIS Account through email and SMS.
6. Wait for the confirmation from Admission Office for the update of your application.
7. ENLISTMENT: Visit www.spud.edu.ph > click PORTAL > College and Graduate School
8. Login to your account using the username and password that were sent to you during admission.
For CONT / OLD use your current username and password
For New / Transferee and Returnee use the log-in credentials emailed to you by SIS and change default password after first login
9. Click Enlistment
NEW College & Graduate Sch. Update your personal information > Answer health survey > Choose payment plan > Submit

Please wait for Enlistment notification before proceeding to the next step.
10. Pay the Enrollment Fee
ONLINE: Once payment is made, SCAN/SCREENSHOT your proof of payment and click Upload Proof of Payment.
ONSITE: Pay at the Finance Office (No need to upload Proof of Payment)
Pay the down payment (CASE and CBIT Php 3, 000.00 for CON and Graduate School Php 5,000.00) using the Payment Details below

11. For Online Payment, Upload your proof of payment.
On the Tuition Menu > Proof of Payment. Click browse and select image then click Upload Proof of Payment button to submit.
Wait for the confirmation of your payment.
12. After the FINANCE OFFICE acknowledge and transact your uploaded proof of payment, you will receive an EMAIL /SMS confirmation of your enrollment within 3-5 working days.
13. You may also login to your SIS Account and check your enrollment status for updates
