In the tapestry of leadership, Scott Arthur R. Hughes (SHSSCC Member) and TJ Liu Ferrolino (SHSSCC Vice-President - Internal) from Group 8 along with other student leaders from different schools in Dumaguete City, stand as the Grand Winners, weaving the threads of positive impact and secured the victory in The 100k Youth Program Proposal through their "Sagot Kita Project." As the First Runner-up, Rorik Vince Ramos (SHSSCC Auditor) and Pquezabel Abellanosa (SHSSCC Member) from Group 6 together also with other student leaders from different schools in Dumaguete City plant the seeds of change with their "Floating Mangroves Project." Together, the participants from BED SHS-SCC shine brightly, illuminating the path to a brighter future during the Kaabag Youth Leadership Summit 2023 hosted by Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI).

These outstanding accomplishments and the spirit of visionary leadership demonstrated by Scott Arthur R.
