- Go to www.spud.edu.ph Click Enroll Now. Select Old/Continuing Student.
- Choose Kt012
- Log in to your SIS account
- Click Enlistment and choose a payment plan. Submit.
- Make the required down payment either online or onsite through the Finance Office and NO NEED to attach proof of payment in the Orange Apps SIS Account.
- If paying online, utilize the available Payment Options and ensure to attach proof of payment in your SIS Account.
a. Online Payment Procedure- Visit www.spud.edu.ph.
- Click on "Portal."
- Select "Portal For K to 12."
- Click on "SIS."
- Click on "Students" and login using the received Login Credentials (Username and Password).
- Click on "Enlistment."
- Choose the Preferred Payment Plan.
- viii.Click "Submit."
- On the Enlistment page, click "Upload Proof of Payment" button.
- Attach the Proof of Payment.
- Click "Upload Deposit Slip."
- Wait for a notification confirming that you are officially enrolled.
- You can also check your Enrollment Status within your SIS Account.
- Visit www.spud.edu.ph.
- Click on "Enroll Now."
- Click on "New Student."
- Click "Proceed."
- Click Kto12
- Fill out and complete the Admission Form.
- Click "Submit" to submit the form.
- Wait for a notification with your Login Credentials (Username and Password) to be sent via SMS and email.
- Check your SMS and email for the Entrance Examination Details.
- Take the Examination.
- Prepare for the interview as scheduled.
- Check your SMS and email for Enlistment/Enrollment information.
