CES Organizes Fun-Filled Mental Health Awareness Event with Bio-os Partner Community
The Community Extension Service (CES) conducted an engaging and entertaining event focused on mental health awareness. The activity was sponsored by the CASE department, specifically the psychology students, who were led by their dedicated teacher, Ms. Jen Deang. The event was held in collaboration with the Bio-os partner community.
The event kicked off with a series of insightful discussions and workshops led by the psychology students, who shared valuable information on mental health. Sr. Donna, a notable figure among the participants, was also part of the group as one of the psychology students. The interactive sessions aimed to raise awareness and promote a better understanding of mental health among the attendees.
In the afternoon, the CES organized a Family Day to engage the community further. The event was facilitated by the SU interns, who are also part of the SPUD scholars' program. The Family Day was held at the picturesque Tambujangin, Amlan River, providing a refreshing escape from the scorching heat.
The Family Day's highlight was a variety of games that brought together parents, young adults, and children. The lively atmosphere created a memorable experience for all attendees. Prizes and surprises added an extra layer of excitement to the event, making it a truly enjoyable day for the entire community.
