Faculty and administrators of St. Paul Univ. Dumaguete to Lalimar, La Libertad for their annual retreat and R&R—a refreshing escape from academic life.
The College Faculty and Lay Administrators of St. Paul University Dumaguete recently gathered at Lalimar, La Libertad for their annual R&R and Retreat, a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of academic life. Led by the wise and compassionate facilitator, Fr. Timothy Maria De Belen, MMHC, together with Fr. Aloysius Vime Maria Moraga, MMHC, university chaplain, and Sr. Mila Grace Silab, SPC, university president, the retreat provided a perfect blend of spiritual reflection, and relaxation.
The three-day retreat was a beautiful experience that allowed all the participants to step back, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and with each other. They had the opportunity to share their thoughts, concerns, and aspirations in a safe and supportive environment. They were inspired by the inspiring talks and reflections of their facilitator, who guided them in discovering their purpose and passion for their work and personal lives.
Indeed, it was a wonderful reminder that even in the midst of their busy lives, it's essential to take time for themselves and for one another. They have left Lalimar feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and more committed to their mission as educators at St. Paul University Dumaguete.
