SPU Dumaguete Attends Historic MOA Signing Ceremony Between ESSU and Rosewood International College
In a momentous step towards academic collaboration, St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPU Dumaguete) was honored to witness the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony between Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) and Rosewood International College (RIC) at the Narra Hall of Dusit Thani Manila. The ceremony not only symbolized the commitment to quality education but also paved the way for future collaborations, including an upcoming agreement between SPU Dumaguete and Rosewood International College.
Representing the SPU Dumaguete community was Ms. Joanna Rose Deciar, CPA, MBA, the dedicated program chair of the Accountancy program. Her presence at this prestigious event highlighted the importance of building networks among educational institutions in the pursuit of academic excellence and innovative partnerships.
