St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD) held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new three-story building designed to enhance student experiences.

The facility will feature 10 modern classrooms on the third floor, a conference hall for over 500 attendees on the second floor, and a hotel rooms, coffee shop and hot/cold kitchens for BSHM/TM programs on the ground floor.

Sr. Mila Grace Silab, SPC emphasized the project’s impact on academic growth, while alumni expressed pride in the university's expansion. Construction will begin soon, promising to strengthen SPUD’s educational offerings.
