Eco-Innovation by Paulinian Minds Hits the Global Stage!

Another research milestone has been achieved! A collaborative study led by Paulinian researchers from St. Paul University Dumaguete entitled “Comparative Performance of Rice Husk Ash and Seashell-Based Binder as an Eco-Friendly Alternative to Commercial Cement Stabilizers” has been successfully published in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Perspectives (Vol. 3, No. 8, 2025).

This innovative research explores sustainable construction practices through the use of natural materials as cement alternatives, promoting both environmental care and structural integrity.

Congratulations to the authors:

Matthew M. Balonglong, Karen P. Calintig, Aljeed F. Dumao - for this remarkable achievement—made possible through the guidance and mentorship of our Paulinian formators: Mr. Harley E. Partosa MAED Gen. Sci., Ms. Maria Antonio Kyrell A. Bangalando, LPT, and Ms. Rhea Roxana A. Grefalda, MA-CDDS.
