The College of Arts Sciences and Education (CASE) at St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD) renewed its Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) with Magsaysay Memorial Elementary School (MMES) today, reinforcing their commitment to the “Basa ta Bata” literacy outreach.

The program involves Paulinian student-teachers conducting reading sessions to help young learners develop essential reading skills. It also aligns with Project ReCa of MMES, which aims to assess and improve students’ reading proficiency.

This partnership exemplifies their shared goal of fostering literacy and community development here in the City of Dumaguete.
