St. Paul University Dumaguete Celebrates the Success of Ong Chee Tee Bacong High School Students

Twenty-two (22) students from Ong Chee Tee Bacong High School in Bacong, Negros Oriental, achieved a significant milestone by passing the Bread and Pastry Production NC II qualification at the Paulinan Outreach Foundation Incorporated (POFI) Assessment Center. This accomplishment highlights their strong foundational skills and competence in baking, in accordance with TESDA’s rigorous standards.

During the assessment, the students demonstrated professional workplace behavior, adhered to proper hygiene and food safety protocols, and executed essential baking procedures with confidence. POFI, a recognized TESDA-accredited assessment center, continues to serve as a vital platform for learners to hone their practical skills through competency-based evaluations.
