Twenty-two (22) students from Ong Chee Tee Bacong High School in Bacong, Negros Oriental, achieved a significant milestone by passing the Bread and Pastry Production NC II qualification at the Paulinan Outreach Foundation Incorporated (POFI) Assessment Center.
