MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT | Siquijor State College and Saint Paul University formalized a meaningful partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held at the SSC Convention Center on June 25, 2026.

This collaboration creates valuable opportunities for SSC student leaders to participate in leadership training, capacity-building programs, academic exchanges, and other developmental activities that will strengthen their knowledge, skills, and values. The event also provided a platform for student leaders from both institutions to share experiences, best practices, and insights about their respective organizations and initiatives.

Also present during the program was Dr. Eric Mark E. Opaon, Director of the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), who shared an inspiring talk.

SSC Student Government Adviser, Mr. John Anthony Y. Jimenez expressed his gratitude to the administration and representatives of Saint Paul University for their trust and commitment to collaboration. He emphasized that this partnership strengthens cooperation, promotes innovation, and nurtures future leaders who will make meaningful contributions to their institutions and communities.

Together, SSC under the leadership of SUC President II, Dr. Steven J. Sumaylo and Saint Paul University continue to build lasting connections that inspire leadership, excellence, and service.
