Forging partnerships, the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration and St. Paul University Dumaguete signed the memorandum of agreement for the establishment of the Overseas Filipino Worker Help Desk last June 20, 2023, at 8:30 AM.

The sealed collaboration was spearheaded by the University President, Sr. Mila Grace A. Silab, SPC, with Mr. Romyl C. Cabillo, the OWWA 7 Regional Director, and Mary Jane B. Galera, DBA, the Scholarship Coordinator.
