St. Paul University Dumaguete receives plaque of recognition from DepEd, Negros Oriental

SPUD through the office of the Continuing Education Institute received the Plaque of Recognition from the Department of Education. This is to recognize the university's exceptional support in the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP). The plaque was awarded by Dr. Neri C. Ojastro, School Division Superintendent, along with other esteemed individuals from the education sector namely Dr. Nilita L. Ragay, ASDS/CID Chief, Dr. Rachel B. Picardal, SGOD Chief and Dr. Antonio Baguio, Education Program Supervisor for EPP/TLE/ and TVL programs.

The awarding ceremonies took place at Hotel Palwa in Dumaguete City, last December 16, 2023. Ms. Lorielin J. Oira, Manager of the Continuing Education Institute, attended the event and shared the best practices of SPUD in the implemention of the JDVP Program. The ceremony was also attended by principals, teacher in-charge, and teachers from various partner public high schools in the Division of Negros Oriental.

The partner public high schools for JDVP Academic Year 2022 – 2023 are Mabato Provincial High School from Ayungon, Mantiquil Masaligan High School from Siaton, Owacan Provincial High School from Jimalalud, Santiago Delmo Memorial High School from Zamboanguita, San Jose Provincial Community High School, and Negros Oriental High School.
