SPUD Paniksik Society receives grant funding from FPE
On the 14th of December, SPUD's Paniksiksik Society became one of the second batch of grantees for the #Youth4Biodiversity 2.0 project of the Foundation for the Philippine Environment (FPE).
The school-based organization has passed the selection process which lasted for about three months ensuring the funding for their project entitled Lingganay Youth Biodiversity Camp.
The Lingganay Youth Biodiversity Camp along with its tagline: "From Ridge to Reef and the Youth in Between" is a 3-day camp that will focus on Environmental Awareness catering to student leaders from nine cities and municipalities within the province of Negros Oriental.
The school-based organization Paniksik Society is composed of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in General Science students along with their adviser Mrs. Irish S. Udtohan.
The said project is yet to commence once all the requirements of the FPE have been complied with making them receive their first tranche of their clinched project proposal grant.
