SPU Dumaguete recently celebrated the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord and the Renewal of Vows of the SPC Sisters. The event started with a Holy Mass held at the St. Paul, the Apostle Chapel. To make the occasion more special, students from the Basic Education department wore costumes depicting various saints.

Following the Mass, the elementary students, who were dressed as little angels, presented the sisters with simple tokens of appreciation and beautiful bouquets of flowers. It was a heartwarming gesture to express gratitude for the dedication and service of the sisters.

To conclude the celebration, a traditional Sinulog dance was performed led by the selected Junior High School students. Through this joyful performance, everyone expressed their love and devotion to Señor Sto. Niño.

The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord and the Renewal of Vows was a memorable and meaningful event for SPU Dumaguete. It served as a time to honor the SPC Sisters and their commitment to serving the community, as well as an opportunity for the students to deepen their faith and be inspired by the examples of the saints.
