SPU Dumaguete Basic Education Department organized educational activities and livelihood education program in their adapted community in Pangas, Bantayan, aimed to empower the minds of the community members while the livelihood education program focused on improving their livelihoods. Led by the GSSCC (Grade School Student Coordinating Council) and dedicated grade school teachers, the educational activities (reading and arithmetic) were designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the kids in the community. On the other hand, Mrs. Vanessa Pis-an and Mrs. Jessica Arangorin shared valuable insights on livelihood education. The day was filled with joy and purpose as community members gained new knowledge and skills that would help them lead better lives while also having fun learning together!
