St. Paul University Dumaguete Administrators, Lay Administrators, Faculty, and Administrative Assistants Participate EOMS Documented Information Training Workshop
Dumaguete City, March 9, 2024 - Key personnel from St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD), including Administrators, Lay Administrators, Faculty members, and Administrative Assistants, recently participated in a two-day ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Documented Information Training Workshop. The event was held at the SPUD Audio Visual Room and aimed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve the university's management system.
The workshop was facilitated by Engr. Angelica Cortero-Fraginal, Managing Director and Senior Consultant of ACF Consultancy. It focused on providing an in-depth understanding and appreciation for an effective EMOS, which is designed to help educational institutions develop, implement, and maintain an effective management system. This standard ensures that the university consistently delivers quality education and services to its learners and other stakeholders.
During the training, participants engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises to enhance their understanding of the EOMS and its implementation. They also learned about the importance of documented information in maintaining a well-organized and efficient management system.
