Batch 84 of High School Visits St. Paul University Dumaguete, Pledges Support to Alumni Project

Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental - The High School Batch 84 of St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD) led by Lt. Gen. Ignatius Patrimonio, PA with his wife, Ms. Mary Jeannie Patrimonio recently visited the university's campus, bringing back nostalgic memories of their time as students. The visit, which took place on June 4, 2024, was a heartwarming reunion for the batch members, who were warmly welcomed by the university's President, Sr. Mila Grace Silab, SPC.

Accompanied by Alumni Coordinator, Mrs. Nella Ibarra, and Head of External Affairs/Marketing/Admission, Mr. Erven Noay, the batch members were given a special tour of the campus, which has undergone significant changes and improvements since their time. One of the highlights of the tour was their visit to the Fleur de Lis Hall, where they were transported back to their high school days.

During their visit to the Fleur de Lis Hall, batch members shared stories and reminisced about their past experiences in the building. They were delighted to learn that one of the projects of the alumni board, "120 para sa Fleur de Lis," is aimed at improving the building. In response, the batch members pledged to contribute to the project, promising to raise between 120k to 240k pesos to support the cause.

The visit culminated with a little salo-salo at the SPUD Boardroom.

The university is grateful for the support and loyalty of its alumni, and is committed to continuing its mission of providing quality education and fostering a sense of community among its graduates.

The visit was a memorable experience for both the batch members and the university officials, and it serves as a reminder of the importance of giving back to one's alma mater.
