Congratulations to Kenneth Paul Duran, LPT, EdD and Mrs. Irish Udtohan, LPT, MSBio, for proudly representing SPU Dumaguete at the 2024 National Conference on Educational Measurement and Evaluation (NCEME 2024) held at De La Salle University, Manila! Their outstanding research presentations showcased their expertise in assessment innovations and education reform.

Dr. Duran's research presentation titled "Diocesan Catholic School Leaders' Personal Resilience and Leadership Practices Towards A Leadership Empowering Framework" highlighted his findings on the leadership practices of Catholic school leaders in the Province of Negros Oriental.

Mrs. Udtohan's research presentation, is “Taking Actions in the Field: The SPUD Pre-Service Teachers' Action Research Experience", showcased her work with pre-service teachers, exploring their experiences and perspectives on teaching and learning.
