St. Paul University Dumaguete warmly welcomed students, educators, and guests to the Opening Ceremonies of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) for Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Senior High School Training of partner Department of Education Schools in the Division of Negros Oriental last February 27, 2025. This significant event marked the beginning of an enriching learning journey designed to equip students with valuable skills for career readiness and lifelong success.
The program commenced with an Opening Ceremonies, setting the tone for a meaningful gathering.
