The SPUD Alumni Association together with SPUD conducted a medical mission at the City and Provincial Jails on February 28 and March 06, 2023 respectively.

The SPUD Alumni Association together with SPUD conducted a medical mission at the City and Provincial Jails on February 28 and March 06, 2023 respectively.

It was spearheaded by our SPUDAA-North America President, Mrs. Suzette “Bebotte” Foroozan together with her husband Reza Foroozan who donated the medicines. Alumni doctors and nurses namely Dr. Fe Villanueva Tagimacruz, Dr. Henrissa Calumpang, Dr. Maria Zanetha Gadingan, Dr. Bryan Miraflor, Dr. Harris Goh, Mrs. Epifania Goodman and Ms. Herminia Flores generously offered their services to our People Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Sr. Mila Grace Silab, SPC, the University President, a nurse by profession was also present and helped as well. The CF Team headed by VP, Dr. Mary FrancisV. Laquinon, CES Coordinator, Mrs. Jessica Arangorin, Mr. Ian Benedict Colina, Mrs. Nella Ibarra, the Alumni Coordinator and Mrs. Consolacion Gilda Elli, one of the SPUDAA Board members actively assisted in the delivery of services.

The SPUD College of Nursing students led by Dr. Cliford Kilat and Mr. Leemuel Steve Rodriguez also joined the medical mission and were in-charge in taking the vital signs. Dental services were taken care of by the city dental team and dispensation of medicines were done by the Pharmacy students of NORSU.
