St. Paul University Dumaguete recently held a preparatory meeting for its upcoming I21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Audit, scheduled for December 9-11, 2024. The meeting was conducted in the Audio-Visual Room and led by Quality Assurance Head Mrs. Grace Alejado, MIT, along with the Management Team.

The ISO 21001:2018 certification is crucial for enhancing the quality of educational services, and the meeting focused on strategies to meet the established standards. Key discussions included improving existing processes, engaging stakeholders effectively, and collaboration among departments.
