Dumaguete City, Philippines — Sr. Helen Malubay, SPC, Vice President for Academic Affairs at St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPU Dumaguete), has completed her six-year term on the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) Graduate School commission. During her tenure, she served as a member, Vice Chair, and Commission Secretary.

The PAASCU Graduate School Commission is responsible for quality assurance in graduate programs at member institutions through evaluations and site visits.
