A talented Grade 10 Junior High School student, Ramona Devine E. Jimenez, showcased her artistic prowess by securing second place in the 35th Civil Registration Month Poster Making Contest held at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Negros Oriental Provincial Office on February 14, 2025.

Competing against skilled young artists from various schools, Ramona’s creative and thought-provoking poster stood out, earning her well-deserved recognition. Her artwork effectively captured the essence of civil registration and its impact on society.

She was guided and mentored by Ms. Caryl Marie S. Duhaylungsod, the High School Digital & Visual Arts Club Moderator, whose support and expertise helped refine Ramona’s artistic vision and execution.
